# Claudia

> Give your agents an allowance, not your keys. Every agent gets its own ID and wallet. A mandate sets the daily cap and spending limit. Above the limit it pays a bond to ask you, and only your signature moves the money.

Claudia is the human authority layer for AI agents: an authorization layer between an AI agent and consequential execution. The agent proposes an Action IR; a deterministic engine returns ALLOW, ESCALATE or DENY against a mandate; facts are verified by a Chainlink CRE workflow; a Cardano vault releases only the exact action a human signed. ESCALATE answers HTTP 402: the agent locks a bond in escrow before a person is interrupted. Reasonable asks are refunded; frivolous ones are captured by an unspendable sink. Each mandate has an interrupt budget per day; past it, nobody is paged.

## Endpoints

- GET /v1/authority/{role}?mandate_id=: the price of interrupting this person and the attention left today.
- GET /v1/metrics?mandate_id=: outcomes, bonds and interruptions per 100 actions from the event log.
- POST /v1/authority/check: send a signed Action IR; receive the outcome, the Decision Brief and, on ESCALATE, a 402 with the bond price.
